Guys in shorts, arms crossed, scowling at a camera - It is no secret that football clubs are brands just as much as they're cultural institutions nowadays. Premier League teams are as image-conscious as any electronic equipment giant, auto manufacturer or energy company. But what are these kit reveals - videos, pictures, hashtags 'n' all - attempting to tell us? We looked at five (and one wild card) from this summer in a bid to know.
